Projektwerkstatt “Home Hydroponic”
Gerade jetzt in der Krise ist es wichtiger denn je, bei der Nahrungsmittelversorgung unabhängig von globalen Lieferketten sein zu können. Daher möchten wir gemeinsam mit euch einen Beitrag zur Selbstversorgung in der Stadt leisten. In diesem Semester werdet ihr mit unserer Anleitung und Unterstützung eure eigene Hydroponik-Anlage gestalten, bauen und betreiben. Eine Hydroponik-Anlage ist platzsparend, wartungsarm, produktiv und innovativ.

MA-Studio “Cool down the City and cook for the Hood! Urban Design for the Productive City
The studio develops visions for the Productive City. The focus is on infrastructure change, technologies for recycling and the circular economy, and climate resilience at the building and neighborhood level. Fresh fish and fresh vegetables directly from the roof, produced with treated wastewater from households, for example, is the vision of ROOF WATER-FARM. In the project, technological basics and results of the ROOF WATER-FARM research project will be presented as a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) and, based on this, current design issues for productive and climate resilient cities will be discussed.
